'IT Service Management World Australia' is the new name for the legendary ‘Pacrim’ helpdesk conference.

And it’s not the only new thing for 2010

The 2010 event will run over three days and feature a morning planery that will focus on leadership and growth.

In the afternoon delegates will move into their own sessions with a choice of two IT Service Management streams with the themes; "my people" or "our customers".

Each day delegates will rejoin for the networking breaks and functions which will include a cocktail function and Gala dinner.
